 Easter Away

BRIDGNORTH

Riverside Caravan park,

Kidderminster Road,

Bridgnorth,

WV15  6BY

This venue is located just a short walk from the town of Bridgnorth via the footpath running along the River Severn. The lower part of the town is linked to the Upper part by seven sets of steps or the Steep ‘Old Cartway’ to the market. For those of us with dodgy knees Bridgnorth boasts the oldest and steepest inland funicular railway which will have you up there in no time at all. The Severn Valley Railway is one of the premier railways in Britain and is only a pleasant 15 minute riverside stroll from the site and well worth a visit.

DIRECTIONS

From Stoke take the A519 to Newport and then the A41/B4379 to Shifnal, from Shifnal take the A4169 and then the A442 to Bridgnorth, at the traffic island go straight on s/p Kidderminster A442, continue over the next traffic island on the outskirts of town the site is on the right, watch for NSC signs.
