For our Easter Home Rally we make the short trip to Bradwall on the outskirts of Sandbach. The town of Sandbach is renowned for it’s aincient crosses in the cobbled market square and it’s black and white Tudor buildings. There are both indoor and outdoor markets in Sandbach held each Thursday and Saturday which date back to the days of Queen Elizabeth I. Not too far away are the towns of Holmes Chapel, Nantwich, Middlewich and Crewe. Places to visit include Also of interest in the vicinity is Little Moreton Hall and Wheelock Farm Barn, Northwich Salt Museum and the Jodrell Bank Observatory.

DIRECTIONS:

From M6 at J17 Take the A534 (sp Nantwich, Sandbach, Crewe); in 300 yards turn right (sp Bradwall, Sandbach Town Centre); in about half a mile (at bend) turn right into Offley Road; in 380 yards turn right at sp Bradwall; in about two

and a quarter miles turn left (sp Hollins Green); in 350 yards

turn right into farm road (see farm and CL signs). Farm

entrance on right in a quarter of a mile. Continue through the farmyard, watch for NSC signs.
