This weekend we return to the Cheshire countryside at Wrenbury. The Cotton Arms is situated alongside the Llangollen Canal, and has good reviews for it’s friendly atmosphere and top quality food and drinks. The Cotton Arms dates back to the 16th Century. Nantwich, Whitchurch and Audlem are all within easy reach for those wishing to venture out. Alternatively perhaps a stroll along the canal or maybe some fishing is what floats your boat.   

 

DIRECTIONS:

Approaching from Audlem, stay on the A525 through Burleydam and turn right onto the A530 Whitchurch to Nantwich Rd. Continue for about 2 miles. At Aston, turn left into Wrenbury Rd and follow this road over the railway lines and through the village past the church. The Cotton Arms is just before the canal bridge. Watch for N.S.C signs.
