Good news for the Steam Railway enthusiasts as well as those just looking for a weekend away as we return to the Foxfield Steam Railway. Their collection has now grown to over 30 locomotives, many of which are unique including the sole surviving North Staffordshire Railway steam locomotive ‘North Stafford No.2’ and the grand old lady ‘Bellerophon’. The Steam Railway programme for 2018 has not yet been published but will shortly appear on their website at http://foxfieldrailway.co.uk/  For those that prefer not to get all steamed up and wishing to venture out and about, there are plenty of places to visit in the Potteries area.

DIRECTIONS:

From Stoke take the A50 through the Meir Tunnel. After the Tunnel take the first exit S/P Blythe Bridge and follow this road to the level crossing. Turn left immediately after the crossing and watch for NSC signs.
