Annual General Meeting - Saturday 12th September 2026

Nominations for persons to stand in positions of Officers or Committee posts.
Our AGM is fast approaching and in accordance with rule 6 (b) governing centres, nominations for officers or committee, signed by the nominee and a proposer must be received by the centre secretary 14 days prior to the AGM (Saturday 29th August at noon). If you wish to nominate yourself or someone else please email me at the email address below and I will send you the Nomination form.
In order to serve as an officer or be on the committee you must be a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club and Registered with the North Staffordshire Centre so that your details can be verified on the membership list.
A separate notice calling the AGM will be posted at the appropriate time.
