Directions.

From Eccleshall take the B5026 Loggerheads road. In approximately 1.5 miles turn left signposted Copmere End/Offley Hay/Village Hall. At the end of this lane turn right and In 50 yards turn left into Mere Rise.

The venue is on your right in about 400 yards.

Watch for N.S.C signs.

Rally opening time is 2 PM.

 

The 60th Annual General Meeting of The Caravan and Motorhome Club North Staffordshire will be held at 11am on Saturday 12th September 2026 at Offley Hay Village Hall, Eccleshall, as required by Rule 6 (b) governing centres.

Nominations for Officers or Committee signed by the nominee, must be received in writing by the Centre Secretary fourteen days prior to the meeting.

Any notice of motion to be put to the AGM must be in writing and received by the Centre Secretary, duly signed, prior to the AGM meeting.

Only members and family members who have been registered with the Centre on the date of the AGM are entitled to speak or vote, although Club constitution does not forbid the admission of members partners and families.

Please remember to bring your membership cards.

This is the only notice that will be circulated convening the meeting.

 

For Ralliers, Minutes of the 2024 AGM will be in your Rally envelope on arrival.

If there is sufficient interest for a Junior Committee, the Junior AGM will take place on Sunday Morning.

On Friday evening there will be an informal social.

On Saturday evening there will be the usual social in the Village Hall, details of which will be publicised at ‘flags’ and on the Centre’s Website in the space below this notice.

 

During the weekend, voting for the 2027 Rally Book Cover entries will also take place.

Flag will be held in the Village Hall during Saturday evening where the winners of the Rally Book cover will be announced.
